In 1960, SEM, famous for its Semflex 6x6 twin-lens reflex cameras, launched its Veronic home cinema model.
Conceived by the famous designer Roger TALLON, it featured automatic exposure control, a single shutter speed and a fixed focus lens, and was aimed primarily at the consumer market (which was already in decline at the time).
