How to buy

  • 1Choose a product

    Once you have chosen the product you want to buy, click on “add to the shopping cart”. In the next page you will be able to keep on buying or place your order. If you want to finalize, click on “buy”. Then, you only need to follow the next steps of the buying process.

  • 2LOGIN. Introduce your e-mail and password and click on "Enter"

    In case you are not yet registered, just do it now clicking on "New user's registration". You just need to complete all your data and click on "Continue". To confirm the registration process, just go to your e-mail account (the one you provided while registering) and click on the link in the e-mail we sent you. You will be automatically re-sent to our web page where you will see a confirmation message of the registration process. Click again on "Buy" to continue with the buying process

  • 3Check your order

    Check the products' details in your order. In case you have a discount code, it's now the time to introduce it.Go to the next step clicking on “Buy-next step”.

  • 4Check the delivery address

    Check that the delivery data that you provided while registering are correct. In case you wish the delivery to be made in a different address or to a different person other than yourself, correct it. In case you need an invoice, please tick the "Do you need an invoice?" question and introduce all your data in case the address where you wish to receive the invoice is different from the delivery address. If the address is the same, just click on "use shipping details"

  • 5Special packaging

    In case you wish your order to be delivered wrapped as a gift, click on "Add to the shopping cart" (you can also include a greeting card, just click on the link "Add a greeting card" and personalize your message here adding the sender name and the address).

    Click on "Buy-Next step"

  • 6Payment details

    Chose your favorite way to pay your order clicking on any of the three options (Credit/debit card, Paypal or Pay on delivery-only available for deliveries in Spain).

    Click on "Pay"

    ¡Done! You have successfully finished the buying process. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the purchase details in the e-mail account you provided while registering.

    In case you forgot your password, just click on “forgot your password?”, and you will receive an e-mail with the new password.

  • Once registered, how can I modify my personal details?

    Click on “my account” in the upper right side of the page and re-type the personal details you wish to change. Don't forget to click on the "save" button once introduced the correct data.

  • How can I pay?

    We offer different payment methods like VISA, PAYPAL or Cash on delivery. The cash on delivery option is charged with 5,00 € in every delivery and is only available for deliveries in Spain..

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    Delivery in Spain takes 24-48 hours after placing the order, using the best shipping companies in the market (SEUR, STU, etc.)

    The goods are sent on the same day the order took place if it has been confirmed before 5:30 pm. Otherwise it will be sent the next working day (consult Calendario Laboral de la Comunidad de Madrid).

  • Where will I receive my order?

    In the delivery address you chose, excepting P.O. Box. Do not forget you have the option to chose a different delivery address from the personal one. This is very useful in case you want to make a gift, if you spend most of the time in the office or you just plan to be away from your home address for a while.

  • How are the cufflinks packed?

    Every pair of cufflinks comes in a hard paper box with the Sologemelos logo. This packaging is valid both for offering the cufflinks or to store them.

  • How much do you charge for delivery?

    Delivery charges are different depending on the delivery address.

  • How do I return a product?

    In case you want to return a product, you have 30 days from the delivery date. Contact our helpline (+34 91 591 91 92) and we will pick up the product where delivered. It is mandatory to show your purchase receipt as well as the document enclosed with it. You must return the unwanted items in their original condition. Delivery charges are not refund.
