A small antique portable desk made of veneered wood with chamfered corners and gilt decorations.
When closed, the top is decorated with a floral pattern in brass with the initials M and C.
When opened it becomes a desk lined in blue velvet, with different storage compartments, one of them internal when lifting a hinged lid, another internal compartment when lifting a small lid.
